Supplement suggestions?

I would definitely suggest adding some type of Whey protein to your diet. Optimum chocolate tastes really good and is fairly inexpensive.

B12 helps with energy levels correct?
If you don't have any joint problems should you take Glucosamine/Chondroitin? If so what are it's other benifits?
 
A B complex is better than just taking B12. For many reasons. The other Bs help with the B12 absorption and body usage + the others help with stress, anxiety, depression, etc.
Flax Seed Oil capsules are a better alternative to Fish Oil, IMO. No burps with those either.
Chromium will help with carbs if you do not want to get in to the expensive stuff like Thermorexin or whatever.
Kelp/Seaweed/Iodine helps with your thyroid function. Some people, like me, take it to help my slowing(with age) metabolism.
Definately a Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc combo.
And yes, prenatal multivitamin is a MUST.
Don't forget extra vitamin C if you are prone to catching the Winter nasties that go around, like colds, flu, etc.
