Supplement recommendations for women

Hi I'm 5"3 127lbs eat very clean and been busting ass in the gym last 6 months. I workout 5 days a week how ever I need information on what are good supplements for me to build muscle and get tight lean muscle I don't want to be competition big just lean and muscular. Ive looked into anavar but can't get it around here:( I am on birth control pills and I know that does Hal with muscle building but unfortunately I can't change my method at this time. So please send some recommendations u might have thank u so much!
 
Just wondering when reading this how long have you been training for ?
 
A lot of it has to do with diet and training methods. Diet is a biggie though. I read in another thread that you are doing keto and I would throw out my opinion that it will be very hard to build muscle on any type of reduced calorie diet, much less keto. You really do need some type of carbs to build the muscle, imho.
 
She said 6 months D, which is not long enough.

Hey Radar. Tbh that's what I did ask as if you have only been training for the 6 months it's not near long enough to be adding sups. Before going down that road you really need to achieve the best out of your body you can first , I trained heavy 4 years before taking sups.

I'm a guy and I have been around the block a few times with supplements. Now that I am in my late 30's I am very careful with what I put in my body. To get lean I don't use anything more than green tea twice a day. For the first time in my life I am doing light cardio too. The main reason I have always been able to get really lean has been my meal plan. It was always clean. Now I am having issues cutting out the carbs so I am implementing cardio.
Things I take:
-Beverly International amino acids
-Beverly International beef/liver tablets
-creatine monohydrate*
-glutamine*
-dextrose*
-maltodextrin*
-hydro whey*
*Everything with a star is in my PWO shake.
 
Keto is geat for cutting but not optimal fo building. Heavy ass lifting (beyond failure) and flooding your muscles with nutrients is the best anabolic hands down.
