Just want to know how these will help me bulk up and pack on the muscle I want.

Pre Workout; Dymatize XPand 1 scoop before I work out

Post Workout; 2 scoops ONs Whey Protein + 1 spoonful of ONs Glutamine powder.


Now anything else I should add to that, or maybe also take a little XPand post workout too ? Thanks.
 
dextrose post workout, or something else that starts with an m.. I can't remember..

that should be added in your PWO shake.
