Supplement idea a combination of a few things.

Definately, thinking about getting the yes-trex combo, and the neurogenex.

I know the yex-trex combo is ok together, will this be ok with the neurogenex, and can anyone recommend a really solid multi vitamin, or should I get the vits I want seperate like vitamin c, vitamin e.

has anyone tried the yes-trex combo together, how did that work for you?

is there any other supplement I should be considering with these or instead of these?

not gonna lie, that looks really nice, I wanted some vitamin A too..

and just the words at the end of the anti catabolic ingredients.. I swear.. just the words anti catabolic are kind of erotic sounding, haha.

Not bad. But both are less complete and the first has a lower quality vitamin A.
