I don't know where else to post this so MODS if you feel the need to move this than so be it.

I count all calories evryday. (I know). Currently I am on a 50/30/20 split while cutting down.

Here is my question: I take 70g HGI Carbs, 60g Waxy Maize Starch along with 30g aminos after training. Should I be counting this in my macros? I am assuming yes but am not totally sure.

Stats: 6'4", 204lbs. I am taking in 2,400-2,500 calories a day, traing 4 days a week and doing 4 40 min sessions of cardio a week. My cardio sessions usually burn up 475-500 calories. Are my calories too low?

I don't lose weight every week rather every month. I will loose like 5-6 lbs. once a month, then plateau for the next four weeks and then anothe 4-6 lbs. This has alwys been normal for me. Any advice?
