Supplement cycling idea...

Ok here is the basic layout...
2-4 weeks of ECA, Green Tea extract...
then following this, and hopefully losing some pds...which it should...
2-4 weeks of creatine, R-ala...in order to combat fat...basically up the calories up from previous...

Now, would using these two in a cyclical manner be synergistic in a way in that while i crash off of ECA, my metabolism that is...i will have some sort of a calorie surplus..at least an easier one at that. This way my extra calories will turn into muscle tissue more readily..with creatine of course...

I read a while back about calorie cycling....maybe this would be a good thing to go on while doing that...

What u think?
 
no need to cycle R-ALA and green tea...You can keep both while on ECA as well as creatine...Remember to drink PLENTY of water
 
Normally, when I cycle ECA, I'll do a 5 days on, 2 days off OR a 3 weeks on, 1 week off OR a 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Creatine, I normally do 4 weeks on, 3-4 weeks off...I've been taking a cell-volumizer as of late (Syntrax Swole V2) so there is no need to cycle or load

If you feel like a maverick, you can take creatine and ECA together. Now, creatine adds fluid while ECA reduces it by its diuretic properties. If you opt to do this, drink plenty of water (as well as the other options)
