I need some help in choosing the right combination of supplements.  I did a post on the 'supplement discussion' board before I realized I meant to post my question here.  I am 24 yrs old and am 5'6' I weigh about 145lbs.  I know I am not completely over weight but I can stand to loose a few extra pounds.  I do muay thai and have for a few years now.  I am starting to lift weights (although I do not have a set routine yet).  But I am trying to find the best combination of supplements to help me burn fat and build some muscle.  I am a strict vegetarian and do not each junk food.  I do take a protein supplement( EAS Simply whey).  But I need a little extra help.  I did order the phenyltropic and norabol.  But, I am not quite sure if that was the best combination or if Norabol is right for me.  Please give me any advise.  thanks
