Suplements ???

I'm 5'8" 165lbs. 14%bf on 500mg week split mon/thurs 250mg. Was curious on taking Protein, Amino's, etc? If these are recomended, and there pro's and cons on a cycle? ...or any other suplement I may not know of

And my diet isn't an extremely strict routine, but I am eating as much tuna and chicken as possible, multiple times daily

i assume you are talking bout test e. and all the answers on protien and aminos are in the threads... all you gotta do is search for them.

i take 3-4 protein shakes a day whe trying to gain weight-- if i dont have access to some good home cookin!
 
wtf are you saying here bro.hell yes you should be takeing in prote shakes 3 times a day on bulk and 2 tims on cut.

multy vitamens and amino acids are never looked down on so add them in to bro.

what are you going for right now cut or bulk.

assuming by your stats, youre wanting to bulk up.

You definitely should be supplementing your meals with some type of protein shake.

I use Whey Protein Isolate from www.SupplementDirect.com

They have good products and good prices, especially compared to local supplement stores like GNC.

My supplement shakes consist of 1/3 cup of Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop of creatine, and 1 scoop of glutamine. I take this AT LEAST 3 times a day. I also do the exact same thing, except I add 1/3 a cup of dextrose for my shake immediately following my workout.

Definitely start upping your protein intake bud, but your main source of protein should be from solid foods... like you mentioned, chicken tuna etc.

Did you just ask if you should be taking in protien???? YES! 1.5-2grams per lbs....like galaxy stated all those are good supplements to take while on AND off...
