I'm going to do a new routine and it consists of supersets. But what the heck is a superset?
For example:
Standing Barbell Curl 3 x 8
super set with
Seated Overhead 3 x 8
^Does this mean that I do standing barbell curls for 8 reps and then move on to seated overheads(withOUT resting)? then back again to barbell curls again without resting, etc.?
