supersetting h e l p

is supersetting something you should not do too often?

like what if i was to superset chest/back (9 sets each, 2 times per week)

doing that for 12 weeks

or is it something you should only do once in a while

is that too much?

You need to be doing like 60 sets per bodypart bro, if you work up to that ull be teh awesome, i swear. u need 2 seriously shock the muscle for some SERIOUS growth!

The Cooler the name sounds the better the program is ?
 
ive been thinking of changing 1 bodypart per week, to each bodypart twice

so it would be something like this

Barbell Bench Press & Wide-Grip Chins
Incline DB Press & Barbell Rows
Dumbbell Flyes & Seated Cable Rows
finishing with Pullovers
 
Well following along our lovely other posters that won't leave. You insist on posting things without asking for or listening to advice. Supersetting sucks, its less useful than just picking a simple routine that works. You've already said you will not switch to a decent routine, because 'splits have always worked for me'. So....stop posting your routine.....and go away. If you aren't going to listen, stop askign questions.

I couldn't care less....my questions get answered. I'm using a decent routine and have added 100lbs to my dead over this year. You are the idiot posting more split routines and asking for people to critique shitty superset crap. Go buy the latest M&F and get the hell out of here.

Yeah dude, my muscles literally shit themselves everytime I try a new bi/tri superset...

Opposing muscle group supersets are good, but you should try supersets with co-operating groups like chest and shoulders for serious burn/pump.
