Supersetting chest and back

Nah. I never got into that type of push-pull routine. Those are two group of muscles that are way too big to be worked together in a routine like that, in my opinion. Each must be given its' own individual training day. The only way I'd do a routine like that, would be if I were away on vacation or something, and just wanted out of there as soon as possible. In cases like those, a routine like that is great. As a base though, it sucks.
 
I do that everytime. Incline benches and then deadlift and then seated rows. I don't see any wrong in doing it provided I eat extra extra protein cos major muscles were worked.
