For the duration of my workout, and damn I must say it's quite an interesting feeling, I really liked it.
I did:
T-Bar rows
w/
DB Shoulder Press
Wide grip chins to front
w/
Db laterals
Lat Pulldowns
w/
Bent over Db laterals
and then some
Behind the back BB shrugs for the ole traps.
Normally I have some deads in there, but I am adjusting to a new job that has fried my lower back.
Just thought I'd share.
