Supersets?

Whats peoples thoughts on supersets? I'm coming upto the end of my cut just 3 weeks left so thought id throw in some supersets for 3 weeks see how it goes. What results have people had with supersets with plenty of cardio and a good diet?

i like to incorporate them when cutting. plus, if your on a tight time frame, it helps speed up the workout.

i even throw in some giant sets (superset using 3 exercises).

Yeah they feel pretty good had my first superset sesh at gym today with biceps,shoulders and triceps. Pumps feel good! hoping i can shed a bit of fat off my arm so i have more definition. Currently on anavar at the moment so hope these supersets do the trick!

i love em, if i'm time strictend than i'll do my whole work out a superset and i like to do them when i'm not either just depends on the mood or mind set i'm in before i hit the gym
