ive taken superpump for a couple months, heres what i think so far
pros
-for me a pro atleast, appetite suppressant
-greatly increased focus
-amazing energy boost without the jitters
-this is nothing unique just to superpump i feel its the same with all creatine supplements but it feels like you heal faster. if you are just starting to lift or going back for the first time in months you dont have that unbearable pain after the first few days
cons
-the superdumps, for me it was 2 weeks of hell, but then my body adjusted to it and i was fine. also if you don't eat 2-3 hours before taking it you'll be much better off
-sleep deprivation. if you have ANY trouble sleeping DO NOT take this any later than 2 or 3 pm. it says right on the container not to take 4 hours before sleep, but i tried taking it at 630 and i was up till 3 am, lol.
although i saw no noticeable increase in strength while on it, perhaps the biggest difference i saw was when i was doing higher (5-8 reps) sets, towards the very end when normally i would just be too tired i felt like the superpump gave me the extra strength needed to complete the set.
sidenote there are i think 3 or 4 "flavors" the fruit punch according to me and three of my buddies gives worse shits than the blue rasberry, why i have no idea but its pretty unanimous with all of us, haha.
