Super protein pancakes

Ingredients:

Whey protein, corn flour, oats, egg whites (you can add skim milk too if you're so inclined)

Combine 2 parts whey, 1 part corn flour, and one part oats in a mixing bowl

Add enough egg whites to make it runny like pancake batter should be

I use a hand mixer so the oats get ground up

Fry 'em up like pancakes

Eat 'em, maybe put some PB on 'em for extra flavor

Advantages:

Very healthy, high in protein, cook fast, easy to transport, quick to prepare

Disadvantages:

Don't taste the best, kinda dry.

Future Directions:

I'm gonna try making them with just corn flour or just oats. Hopefully that will help the flavor.

I may try making them runnier so they coma out thineer, and then use them with other recipes like chicken or something, since they are not sweet.

Why not just use some equal or fruit to sweeten up the mixture. I also make my own oatmeal/eggwhite pancakes and i think there the shit. I use them when i refeed also, adding in some dextrose in place of equal and some sliced bananna pieces or blueberries.
 
I've made some protein pancakes before. They had flax seed meal, whey, and egg whites. They were low carb so I used them for a protein and fat meal. I put peanutbutter on them so they tasted pretty good.
