Sunday is my cheat day........sooooooooooooooo................

I had 2 triple cheesebugers from Wendy's, a baked potato, and a large chocolate frosty.......still kinda hungry after hearing about those peanut butter and banana sandwiches though........

might have to hook one of those up.......:p

Well since Wendy's is open till' 2 am and it's only 2 miles away............................................you got me thinking. I might just beable to squeeze two or three burgers in there in an hour

I would be fat if I ate like that. I had tuna fish and a high calorie drink. I did have some crayfish from Popeye's earlier in the day.
 
wow, you guys are "swaining" hardcore.

i'll have to look at some food here in a second. hmmm....got me thinking. last i had a protein shake with ice cream and about 60 gms protein, but that was 3 hours ago...before my nap.

I made my famous crab cakes today (with a mango sauce) - left overs for the whole week at least.

You've either got one hell of a fast metabolism or you burn a lot of calories working out, or both. What kind of training do you do?
 
actually being that ive dieted great and worked 82 hours in the last two weeks, not to mention the gym and 17 hours... blah blah blah


anyways i just ordered a pizza from papa johns. yummu yummy, got a biochem test tomorrow.

I run a mixed powerlifting/strongman/olympic lifting routine.

Take a gander at the TRAINING BOARD. I post mostly all of my workouts and vids when I can.

In short I have been blessed with some decent genetics and a fast metabolism. If I don't eat like a madman, my body wants to eat my muscles :mad:

Tonight I had Friday's Jack Daniel's steak with mashed potatoes and rice. Some potatoe skins, buffalo wings, mozzerella sticks, and doritoes with some apple pie a few hours later. I eat really good and on a practically starvation diet Monday through Thursday. Just the basics. Then starting Friday I will start to eat more clean foods then most likely go out at night and drink with the boys. Saturday I don't take any thermogenics at all and everything and anything in sight. Sunday half my food throughout the day is clean then dinner is all I can eat again. I just started this last week and I feel so much better and my muscles feel so much fuller. YUMM!!!!!
 
For PolishHammer

1lb crabmeat
1/4 cup mayo
3 tbs minced chives
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp honey
4 tsp Asian red chili sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 cup plus 3 tbs vegetable oil
All purpose flour
3 large eggs, beaten
2 cups dry bread crumbs


Combine and make 8 cakes. Throw into fridge for half hour.


Dust in flour then dredge the cakes in egg then bread crumbs

Cook in pan with veggie oil 3-4 minutes per side and take out and place of towels.

Puree mango w/ tbp of oil and tsp of chilli sauce
