Summer time!!

Hello everyone. I am 5.9 feet tall and 184 pounds weight. For the past 6 months i have being working out following a program that was including a lot heavy exercises like, deadlifts, squats, stiff-leg deadlifts, bench presses etc.

I have gained a lot of strength and weight in the process but a lot of it was fat. i have started the past 2 months to be more careful with my dieting habits and i came down to 184 pounds. Now, i want to start doing a program in order to help me lose as much fat as i can for the summer time beginning in May of course in conjuction with cardio and proper diet.

Do you have any reccomendations on what exercises to give more attention to and what sets and reps? Thanks in advance
 
As I eat 3 double cheeseburgers...

Watch your diet. Do some research. If Mother Nature didn't put it on the Earth, don't eat it.

5-7 meals a day.
200-225g protein minimum
moderate carbs (mostly from whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes)

At 184 lbs I'd hate to think I wanted to CUT!

Our definitions of "bulking" must be TOTALLY different.
 
Yes they must be different. I went up to 210 pounds in December, when i decided i had to start to be careful with my diet and cardio more. I wasnt doing any cardio just working outheavy with squats, deadlifts, bench presses and several other heavy exercises and fell down to 184 pounds now.
