jk.. good job, i can see where you want to drop, try yoga, that will elongate the lower muscle groups and thin out your abdomen
 
Mate your progress is awesome! good to see youve had a shave. The ladies will fucking love you come beach time.
 
I am just going to go where the mirror leads me. Not sure what the scale will say.
When I carb up I like the size but not the waist.
When I am low carb its the opposite.
240 today.

numbers never mattered it was how I visioned the way I wanted to look. Doing great job
 
you really do have a unique physique. i bet with a good trainer and the right diet/supps/AAS you could get to a competitive level. your arms look thicker than i remember.
 
My arms have always been a bit ahead of everything else when it comes to development.
I only did two sets a week for a while.
Just started doing them again.
For abs I do this:
Monday - 3 sets of crunches to failure
Tuesday - 3 sets of hanging leg raises to failure
Wednesday - 3 sets of ab ball to failure
Then I repeat for Thursday, Friday and one day on the weekend.
Getting older sucks. Its hard not to gain weight!!!!
