Hey guys.
I am 6ft 212lbs right now sitting around 13%bf, have bulked for 1 week on test and dbol, 4 pounds so far.
Now summer is nearing so i wanna dramatically drop fat over rugby season and into summer, while still bulking. i do not wanna drop fat super quick and restrict calories too much because i feel that cutting calories low is worse then cutting with medium calories.
I wanna sorts workout hard and eat a clean 3000 cals a day(aprx. maintenance). but i wanna do cardio 4X a week to keep fat down but still consume good food.
In 8 weeks i wanna go from:
213lbs 13%bf
to
205lbs 8%bf.
i have at my hand right now for use. My goal of this cycle is to get thick and cut while maintaning muscle of gain some nice def.
60 dbol(5mg)
6cc test prop(100mg cc)
1-bottle 15cc (test prop/fina mix)(50mg prop/40mg fina a cc)
20-20mg nolvadex
i have 400$ to spend, and have this at my resource.
20 cc 75mg fina(quest) 200$(must buy premade in canada)
100 dbol for 55$
5mg winny at 0.5$ a piece
omna 12$
i was thinking getting the fina bottle and winny with nolvadex and omna.
wks 1-6 75mg fina EOD
wks 1-8 25mg winny ed
wks 1-2 75mg test prop eod
wks 1-8 250mg sust
wks 1-4 10mg dbol ed
wks 1-8 20mg nolva
wks 1-8 25mg proviron
i just wanna lower bodyfat 4-5%. and maybe gain 4-5lbs of muscle.You guys must know when im doing cardio 4X a week ant 40-45 mins a ses. I will be doing in AM on eca stack on empty stomach excepty for a piece of fruit, look good? do you think i will be able to do good on it?
