summer cycle

i want to gain during the summer( i know this is the wrong time for this but)
i am quite thin but i have been working hard in the gym tho 5'9" about 150 lbs good genes tho ( i have been a track athlete... stopped running and now i am starting to gain weight back .. but i am still cut)

now i need suggestions on summer diet to gain weight
ex: breakfast meals lunch meals and dinner meals
i know some things that have a lot of protein like fish peanut butter tuna steak chicken etc

this will be added on top of a protein shake (myoplex)

questions :
1 what are some good lunch meals since i will be working outside w/ not microwave or anything?
2 how many times a day should i drink a shake of about 45g? (i kno that the body can only process so much protein at one time)
3 should i switch this diet any when i begin my cycle of dbol and test enanthate
let me know ..... any suggestions are appreciated

**I love myoplex when trying to put weight on, but you might want to also get some regular straight whey -- isopure, optimum nutrition, or allthewhey**

**When I used to work outside, landscaping, I used to eat alot of lunch meat, tuna, and hadboiled eggs, also used to make chicken salad with pita bread which I love. Just bring a cooler.**

**Drink the shakes as many times as you want or need to, try and eat every 2-3 hours, but just remember that real food comes first. If you buy protein, not MRPs, I would add a scoop with every real food meal, especially since your trying to gain weight. Can get a little expensive but it definately helps.**

**There is no need to switch your diet**

yea def helps a lot hmm yea i'll have to be eating good
juss gotta have the stuff around
maybe ill make a chart on what i eat or need to eat ... believe it or not soemtimes i forget to eat ... i get real busy
 
I was constantly forgetting to eat. Set a schedule and stick to it. I eat every two hours. At first it was tough but now I watch the clock to get my meal in. If I am late on one meal I still eat the next one at the scheduled time. This will cure you of eating late. Anyway this works for me. Good luck and GROW!
