i want to gain during the summer( i know this is the wrong time for this but)
i am quite thin but i have been working hard in the gym tho 5'9" about 150 lbs good genes tho ( i have been a track athlete... stopped running and now i am starting to gain weight back .. but i am still cut)
now i need suggestions on summer diet to gain weight
ex: breakfast meals lunch meals and dinner meals
i know some things that have a lot of protein like fish peanut butter tuna steak chicken etc
this will be added on top of a protein shake (myoplex)
questions :
1 what are some good lunch meals since i will be working outside w/ not microwave or anything?
2 how many times a day should i drink a shake of about 45g? (i kno that the body can only process so much protein at one time)
3 should i switch this diet any when i begin my cycle of dbol and test enanthate
let me know ..... any suggestions are appreciated
