summer cycle(get super cut)

Get strong

hey guys, im currently 6ft 215lbs 12%bf,and i wanna achieve 198lbs 5-6%bf in 3 months

i am looking to start my cycle around april 24th st and run it to the end of summer vacation(april 24th to august 28th)

Bulk(april 24- june 7th)
in this cycle i am looking to bulk up a bit before summer, in this part of the cycle i wanna bulk with test prop and dbol up to 2 weeks prior to summer for 6weeks. I will consume 4000cals 250 protien for this period. i wanna hit 225lbs here

Bulk:(april 24th to june 7)
wks1-6 100mg test prop Eod
wks 1-4 25mgs dbol ed
wks 1-6 10mg nolva ed

Then 2 weeks prior to summer i wanna run test and winny for 6 weeks(june 10th-july 31st, not gonna run fina here, just because of money and im in canada. i already have most of my goods. 2 weeks prior to summer i wanna start running test and winny, and do cardio 30-45mins 5x a week in AM on empty stomach with ECA and yohimburn. I have a slight case of gyno, not bad at all, but in genaral my chest is pretty fat, but looks ok because i have big pecs below. my goal is to have a nice midsection and chest and still be huge and loose all the chest fat. in this stage i will do morning cardio and consume 2500 clean cals a day, wanna get around 200lbs here and cut:)

1st cutting stage
june 7th- july 31st
wks 7-13 20mg winny ed
wks 7-13 100mgs test prop Eod
wks 7-13 40mg nolva ED

2nd cutting stage(powerlifting prep stage)-still cut

have a meet end of august and at this point i will do cardio 3x a week ess harsh(25-30mins). I have a meet here where i plan to hit 198lbs and compete at the max weight in my class where im very confident i will set all the world records , if i can do the same lifts i did at 210lbs 10 days ago:). I wanna do some dbol for mild water retention, I wanna maintain or gain a little strength nut just look full and cut and strong:). I will consume 3200cals ed with 200 + protien, and hit 198lbs(90kg)

2nd cut stage(july 31st to august 28th)
wks 14-17 15mg dbol ed
wks 17-17 40mg fina EOD
wks 14-17 50mg test prop Eod
wks 14-17 10mg nolva ed

In my cycle i wanna go from 215lbs 6ft at 12% to 198lbs at 5-6%, and get rid of my fat chest i know lumps will stay but there not bad at all, does this seem feezable? thnx guys any reccomendations?

BTW: i wont get more fina and i realize the cycle is long but i HAVE to win HAHA;)

Bro, I highly doubt that D-bol should be implemented in any cycle that has to do with cutting. I am not an expert or even a real good source of info but all the people I know who play around with D-bol swell up like crazy, almost to the point where you think someone stuck a waterhose up their ass. A sound diet, lots and lots of cardio, a little fina/winny/anavar and maybe test will help you meet your goals. Again, I am not a great relavent source of info but through the bro's I know and experiences the've had, D-bol should not even be mentioned in your goals. Best of luck bro.

i have done dbol and really dont swell once i hit 30mgs, i have done 15mgs before with almost no water retention, and i will be doing cardio this time, it would give me a full look andi think help with my lifts some

bottom line 15mgs of dbol wont swell me at all......

how do you like the current implemented cycle?

I would up the fina to at least 75mg's EOD. You will experience great strength gains with that. Your body will respind better to 37.5mg's ED however some people tend to shun away from ED injections. I have gotten awesome strength gains with 75mg's EOD and with your stacking you should be able to put up some serious weight.
 
If you you are trying to cut, d-bol isnt the best steroid to use. I would also replace the nolvadex with arimidex because that will minimize water retention. I know you said you didn't have access to fina or it's too expensive in canada, i really cant imagine how fina could be more expensive than winny. As far as strength gains go fina is amazing, nothing comes close, except maybe anavar, but iv'e never tried that so i can't comment on it.

Great Squat for a 200lber.
Your dead and bench need some attention. You have decent numbers, you won't embarass yourself, but you're unless you're a pre - teen you're far from setting any world records.

If you really want to do well in a powerlifting meet spend more time on the powerlifting forum, not the anabolic board. It's a science, really. It's more about technique then drugs.

Just for the record, these are the world records in the 198lb class. Get ready ....

198lbs
Bench Press - 683.4lbs
Squat - 909.4lbs
Deadlift - 859.8lbs

Sick lifts. But keep in mind these are the elite, the best in the world. Don't feel bad, I'm 230lbs and don't come close to these numbers.

but before you judge i was diagnosed with hypogonadism and my testes barely respond to LH at my 17th birthday i had a 160 test level norm 300-1000, but parents would not allow test therapy, i had no sex drive

and my growth plates have been x-rayed and are closed and i am full grown at 6ft, and i also still take at bare minimum 6 weeks off between cyles, hit clomid for all its worth and train natural
 
worked out for 1.5 years from 13 yrs yo close to 15 yrs old and went from 132 to 152lbs

started working out at 16 yrs old, where i wrked out there for close to a year, did a cycle of dbol eq and was kicked out of the gym where my only other option whs griegs backalley gym in alberta canada, in this period i went from 6ft 155lbs 15%bf to 6ft 215 lbs 12%bf, i love powerlifting, and for bieng in grade 12 i tells ya, not many wanna fuck with me, which is the main reason i started working out because i was picked on.........not any more:evil: people who havent seen me for a year, well you know:eek2:

i have been doing hardore lifting here for around 7 months. my goal in life is to someday squat 1000lbs like my mentor bruce grieg

Were your legs always strong, like when you started lifting or did you build that up during time? :)

my legs have always been strong, but small:confused: the first time i squatted heavy i made my way to 405lbs. you must remember that we do canadian regulation squats, just brake parallel, i have two videos of me squatting on feb 23 and mar 09 squatting 562 and 606lbs respectively

my nickname on the site is paddy so if you wanna see the squats there you can and you will see that my legs are only 24"

I hate you, with 28inch legs and still don't even come anywhere close. :bawling:

Id worry bout your bench. Not alot for your weight. At 190 i had 405 bench, 585 squat (2 reps) and 550 deadlift. And i got nowhere.

thnx for input, i realize that my bench is week but i have huge long arms,,,,,......in august i hope to compete at 198lbs and hope to do a 360 lb bench

I forgot to post the squat video link, you guys myst eralize that we squat only to parallel and many dont hit parallel in the videos, i train in canada and the CPC's rule state parallel must be broken.

My name in the videos is PADDY and on feb 23 and march 9 i squat 562lbs and 606lbs respectively, so my 606 squat probally isnt the mainstream idea of a squat, check it out
