Summer Bulk....

Never attemtped this, but it's something I gotta do...bulk during the summer.....anyone else? Plan is 10-20lbs over this course.

weeks 1-2 test cyp or sus 500mg 1-12
var 50mged weeks 8-10

calories = 3500
fats 25%
pro 40
carbs 35%

6'2, 180 9%bf

train 6 days on, 1 off

cardio on bike first thing in am, 30 minutes
cardio postworkout 20 minutes 8.5 degree walk at 3.5 speed.......
 
Go with

Sust 1-12 500mg a week
D-Bol 1-5 at 40mg a day
EQ 1-15
Proviron 1-16 25mg a day

Then a strong and tite PCT 3 weeks after last shot.........

honestly, on either one you should anticipate 15-20 pounds as long as you maintain that 3500+ cal diet. So in my opinion, go with whatever your most comfortable with. :coffee:
 
cardio once a day is more then enough when bulking. personaly i stay away from it when bulking
 
WOuld you change the gear at all? Just var and test is ok?? maybe tren, eq and winny to cut?

I do the cardio for one reason only....I'm already very lean, but I sit in an office for 10+ hours.......SIT! So, the am gets me moving and gets my appetitite up.....the 2nd, is because I sit all day and need to move my legs.....what if I just turn down the intensity?

Up the protein? How so? Here's a rough estimate:

Planned Diet:

20 minutes run/walk with dog at 5:00am around neghborhood to get blood flowing and allow dog to urinate on neighbors yards.

6:00am
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup rolled oats (sometimes switch to Oat bran)
1 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein with 1/2 cup carb less skim milk
20 blueberries, 20 rasberries and a few blackberries in oats.........HEAVEN

9:00
250g (1/2 small tub) dry curd cc - 45g pro
1/2 cup zero sugar granola
10 peanuts, 10 almonds
sf jello and fiber one sprinkled on top
green tea

noon
6-8 oz lean beef and chicken
LARGE salad with veggies
6oz yam

3pm
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey
tea
homemade protein bar

500pm train

2 scoops whey, 3 rice cakes

830
muscle milk shake in skim or casein shake
couple spoon full dry curd with sf jello
10-20 almonds, walnuts, peanuts

immidiately after = bed.

just my opinion here bro, cuz you seem to know what you are doing.... but this just does not look like enough food at all. I dont see a reason to be eating this cleanly when on a bulk, you can let loose a little bit. You only have one meal with any real food in there at all. You are only eating 5 meals a day- but two of those meals are pre/post workout apropriate and not packing the cals. You need a few meals of chicken or steak/ brown rice/ and a potato imo. Good luck
 
how many f-in threads do you need to make, IMO don't bother with the roids you hae been banging on about this buk for months now!! you have isssues

wk 1-12 Test Cyp 500mg/wk
wk 10-14 var 80mg/ED
 
IMO, if you wanna bulk, then cut the cardio back...Stay with a super clean diet and the gains that you make will be LBM instead of fat. Also I would save the var for a cutter, and use d-bol to kickstart your cycle.

Var does wicked shit for my vascularity...thereforee, I would rather use it while cutting
 
Eat buddy ... you ask the same questions on every forum and get the same answers. Eat alot, take in lots of water, and get your sleep ...
 
If you are bulking then eat like a pig......... Check out my pic when I bulked up, then check out my pic when I cut up.......

There is no need to do cartio if your bulking...........
