bulking when it's summer sucks. I just can't eat that much, not due to the heat but to the fact I'm sweating my ass off, and that means lack of sleep = less muscle gain
BUT with BULK it doesn't have to mean eat what you see.
I will start my bulking in July, but this is going to be a clean diet and I have to add in arimidex for the watergain as that makes me sweat even more.
