My eyesight has been horrible since I was an early teen through adulthood. Contacts are -5.75 for those of you who wear them. My eyes always get worse and my prescription gets stronger. This year my eye exam was at the tail end of a cycle and my eyes not only didn't get worse but actually improved!!
