I got a loaf (headbutt) in a club lastnigh in dublin city of some 50 year old tanked up baldy fucker for no reason(think he thought I was someone else)...

He got arrested and charged for assault they have it on cctv...

Im okay but the cunt chipped my tooth so going the dentist tomorrow to see the damage...

Anybody ever sue somebody for damages? get much money? sue the club or the person that hit me?

You cant sue the club unless he works there, I dont think. Unless you can prove they served him too much alcohol which would be hard to prove. Probably going to have to sue the individual if you have medical bills.

Honestly he hit me for no reason gave a statement to the police today solicitors said I can get compensation of him and the club (if they were negligent)

Let you know what happens he cracked 4 of my teeth he hit me good and proper. .

cracked tooth equals €11800 x 4 u do the math.. hopefully he has deep pockets hes a scumbag so he probably doesnt.. cracked tooth is gbh aswell hes goin downtown cant wait to see him in court

Steve I live in Ireland ever body in ireland goes out the weekend some of my mates go out 3 4 times a week crazy...

I try only go out once every 2 weeks im staying in this weekend tbh I have gotten really into lifting so when I go out i feel really guilty..

but you wouldn't believe the peer pressure over here to drink my mates never stop ringin me sayin 'come on dont be gay' and all this... at the moment there all out now getting locked while im at home eating chicken and sweet potatoes

Im happy knowing im the healthier bigger stronger minded person at the end of the day

Chances of you getting anything is slim to none...and will cost you $$$ to sue. Just prior to my kids being born one of my last fights and STUPID acts. I floored some dude and shattered his check bone and eye socket..now he had to have reconstructive surgery and has a plate etc..still looks fucked up no less. He came at me for 2 counts of 50k, and in the end it cost me only 4K and he lost whatever his lawyer foster him. It toke 2yrs to get this dropped.
