Ok.....I have an issue. All the protein shakes i have taken so far mess with my stomach. I get HORRIBLE gas, bloated all crzy, and the shits some what. I've tried messing with the amount i put in the shake, different shakes, taking enzymes with shake. I've tried to tough it out for a couple weeks thinking my body would adjust. One bad thing is i'm lactose intolerant, so i figured muscle milk would do me wonders, but i was wrong. what should i do?
