I know, this won’t be well taken by most of you, but I’ve made my mind and my first cycle is going to be a var-only cycle. I also have winny at hand but the arguments you gave against running two orals in a cycle were compelling.
I’ve put together a tentative plan for your review and suggestions, other than adding some test or doing a test-only cycle, which I know is going to be the first thing crossing your minds.
Current stats:
Male, 35 y/o
Weight: 164 lbs
BF: 13%
Lifting history: 4 years
Cycle goals:
Increase LBM by 10lbs while continue lowering BF.
Cycle profile:
Week 1-8: Var 40mg/ed
Week 1-8: AIFM 2 sprays/ed (Nolva at hand just in case)
PCT
Week 9 Nolva 40 mg/ed, AIFM 2 sprays 2x/ed
Week 10-11 Nolva 20 mg/ed, AIFM 2 sprays/ed
Week 12 AIFM 2 sprays/ed
Other supplements:
Week 1-12 Tylers 3 cap/ed
Week 1-12 Milk Thistle 4 cap/ed
Week 1-12 NO2 8 caps/ed
Week 1-12 Creatine Ester 2.8grs/ed
Week 1-12 ALCAR 6 caps/ed
Week 1-12 Sesapure 2 caps/ed (Would do higher dose but I get an allergic reaction over 2 caps/day)
Week 1-8 Thermorexin 4 cap/ed (I’m currently doing 3 with no sides)
Week 1-8 YES
Diet:
High protein (250grs/ed), low carbs (120grs/ed), moderate fat (40grs/ed) – aprox 1,840 cal/ed
Training schedule:
Right now I'm working out only 4/5 days a week and I hit each body part once a week, but I think if I hit them twice while on the var I'll probably better use the added strength. So I plan to do something like this:
Day 1 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Legs
Day 2 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Chest + Arms + Calves + Abs
Day 3 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Back + Shoulders + Calves
Day 4 – Off
Day 1 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Legs
Day 2 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Chest + Arms + Calves + Abs
Day 3 – Cardio 70mins (750 cal) + Back + Shoulders + Calves
I have everything at hand already and I'll probably start next Monday.
