Suggestions on shoulder pain

Hey bro's everytime I do shoulders or chest my right shoulder hurt's like a bitch. Ive been taking glucosamine and chondroitin pills with msm cream and nothing seems to work any suggestions. Would throwing in some deca help?
 
Have you been doing your rotator cuff exercise religiously? If not, I would start.
 
Deca at 100mg/wk can work wonders as long as it is joint related and not a muscle pull.

Also, get urself some MSM, stay away from glucosamine as it can limit insulin production.
 
Nimrod, never used deca myself, but damn winny is killing my joints. is 100mg/wk enough deca to combat the winny pain? Also, I cant imagine deca dick being much of a concern at 100mg/week is it?
 
As someone said there, deca can help at say 200mg/wk but only if it is a joint problem, otherwise, I would be looking at staying away from exercises that aggrevate the injury.:p

The three main reasons why Deca causes this are, decrease in DHT production below necessary levels, decrease or total inhibition of LH (Leutinizing Hormone) production, and lastly a stopping of GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone.)

Fortunatly 100mg and under is a safe dose, but anything over that and u could be in trouble, by the way it works wonders for joints at that dose, has for me anyway.
 
I love the fina/winny combo, but I have a fealing the joint pain may get a bit out of control. Too late to include deca in this cycle so I am just gonna rough it out, but want to use it next cycle just of rthe joints, just wasnt sure how much would be enough. Thx for the input.
 
Hold your arm out 90 degrees. Bend it at elbow and place your other hand on the elbow. Try to pull up with your arm while pulling down with your hand. How bad this hurts will give you a general idea of how strained your rc is.
