Suggestions on my training

Hey guys,

I just came back to school from a somewhat lethargic summer and I was looking for some good advice on a workout routine. I have been lifting for at least 3 years so I don't want a begginer workout routine.

Basically what I am looking for is muscle developement. I have always seen good results from training each muscle group twice a week but I would like to cut it back to once a week to emphasize each muscle better. Putting size on is not a problem, but rather losing fat. If I am not limited on the days to which I can work out and/or do cardio what should I do? I am open to any suggestions.
 
UA, go take a look at the "Training Methods" sticky at the top of the forum page. There are some great ones listed, and highly recommend Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training for a nice package of size, strength, and speed. It's basically Westside for bodybuilders.

Fat loss is 99.999999999999999999999% diet. So, whatcha puttin' in the pie hole these days?
 
Thanks for the help man, I am reading up on the programs as we speak. Like I said, the summer was lethargic = carne asada fries with sour cream and guacamole. Now the diet is considerably better and I have not missed the crap I fed myself over the summer.
 
I was wondering if you were another Wildcat when I saw the screename. You lift at the Rec Center?

yeah, I do lift the rec occasionaly. a lot of times I will go to bear down gym due the mass overcrowding the rec experiences.
