I'd suggest making practical and acheivable goals. Such as: 1. get under 10% bf. and then 2. Gain 7lbs muscle.
1. get under 10% bf.
You are 200 * .85 = 170lb lean. To get below 10% bf with no muscle loss would require a loss of 10lb of fat, putting you just under 190lbs.
2. Gain 7lbs muscle.
This will bump you back up to 197. You'll weigh less, but you'll look and feel much better than 200lb @ 15%.
It is good to know how to set and acheive BB goals without juice. You can use juice as a boost as a reward, after you've acheived your goals (or bettered them). When you come off, you can then use your knowledge and experience to maintain and possibly even gain more.
