Suggestions on 1st cycle...

Wondering if you guys could help me out a bit. My stats are 5'10" 165lbs with 12% BF. I have been working out 3-5 times a week for well over 1.5 years now. I am looking to hit around 180lbs but adding as little fat/bloating as possible. Also, most recent diet looks something like a 55/25/20. Cycle would include..

test: 200mg/week 1-10
sust: 250mg/week 1-10
oral winny: 30mg/ED 8-12
Clomid therapy after week 12

I have liquidex (.5mg/day) on hand to keep down bloating along with Nolvadex incase of gyno.
Also have some Tyler Liver Detox for the winny..

Any suggestions/recommendations?

Forgot to mention in above post that i would like to drop to around 8% BF. To make a long story short, i am trying to gain muscle and increase strength while adding as little fat as possible. Getting ready for summer so i guess you could consider it a cutting cycle.. thanks
 
I havead it before but everyone has such different opinions on what is a good first cycle.. I thought instead of using a general first cycle you guys could help me out knowing my stats and what my goals are..
 
Not looking for a magic cycle per say, more looking to see as if the cycle i am doing can realistically reach my goals, or close to them and also wondering if maybe i am over doing it with the first cycle and should just stick with test or sust alone, just keep reading that winny helps to get rid of some bloating and tightens you up.. I appreciate your help..
 
So are you saying that the cycle i setup would be too much for starting out or that i could get the same gains from less? Also i forgot to mention, I did a cycle of d-bols, but I consider this my first real cycle, and i noticed that i held water.. wouldnt using winny instead help to reduce that and tighten up a little bit?
 
Yes, very true, and i understand that. I am more curious on how to reach my goals listed above, which is pretty much bulking up while keeping my fat/bloat from going up dramatically. Thats why i threw some winny at the end to tighten me up a bit and my diet will help with that some. Am i just making no sense, cause i tend to do that.. :) I see tons of people using many different things so while on a cycle they keep from gaining fat down to a minimum.. thats pretty much what i am asking.. is this cycle doing so with the right diet? or am i way off on this cycle for what i want..
 
Test 400-500 mg a week
Clomid Therapy

Have nolvadex on hand for possible gyno.

Could use Arimidex if you are really worried about bloat.

Like Dial Tone said bulk first then cut especially at 165 lbs. I wish I wouldn't have wasted so much time just eating instead of eating for a goal or switching back to cutting after seeing a little fat.
