Suggestions for tuna recipes?

ARN

I'm looking for tuna recipes, I'm tired of eating it with black pepper straight out of the can. Sometimes I add a bit of light mayo or when I'm not lazy I'll add it to pasta and light ceasar salad dressing. Other than that I don't know any other recipes. Any suggestions ?

I just started having it with chilli powder and cooked up peppers and onions in a pan. I have found that cooking it covers the taste better then anything else.

BBQ sauce is great if you dont mind adding a little bit of carbs. Also you could try your favorite salad dressing again, if you dont mind the carbs:)

i just chuck a can into my blender with my whey protein and have chocolate tuna shakes... no seriously... i'm sick to death of it too, i like to mix in some relish and light mayo and eat it out of bowl with some whole wheat crackers.

Rich

1 can of Tuna
1 tablespoon Flax Oil
1/4th cup strawberrys
1 packet of splenda(sweetner)
1/2 cup water
1 cup ice
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 banana

Mix in blender for 1 minute 20 seconds

Add ice after about 1 minute of it blending.
Drink 3 shakes a day along with a handful of birdseeds.

Try Abercade Tuna its alot better. Cottage cheese and tuna are good and also hard boiled eggs smashed up (whites) and tuna are good. Tuna and lettuce are good not as dry tasting but F regular tuna try as I stated before abercade (bumblebee is the best tasting abercade and as for regular tuna starkist is the best tasting.

is there anything thing different besides the price in the tuna that comes in the can and the new stuff that is sealed in a bag?

I have a week stomach sometimes with raw type or raw looking foods and i dont mind tuna but i cant stand to watch it squish through the lid of the can and the side so i buy the bags not sure if any different or not?

I know im a pain but .......

1 can tuna, chop up some green onion, a little celery, lemon juice, and maybe some low-fat mayo, pepper

works for me

I was staying in Chiogga, near Venice in Italy and this was a popular local sandwich - tuna, mashed boiled eggs, olives and mayo. Lovely. I haven't the dedication for 'chocolate tuna shakes'. Jesus.:-)

I mix some vinegar with mustard, then i add salt and pepper, then paprika then i mix it till the mustard dissolves, then i add packet or two (depending on how much it is) of nutrasweet, then i add some olive oil... i add it all to the tuna.... cool it up in the fridge then eat it plain or add some pasta... yummy...

lately i've been having tuna on wholemeal bread as sandwiches, with chili powder
its quite delicious
obviously i'm not on a keto diet
i find having it in a sandwich is vastly superior to eating it out of the tin

I eat it one of two ways..depends what mood I am in...tuna with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, diced up pickles or celery, stuffed in whole wheat toasted pita with a little melted cheese...or I will cook broccoli and cauliflower, add tuna, heat it up and sprinkle with a bit of cheese...it is actually good!

salsa

i second the salsa recipe. VERY easy drain the water out of the can, fill rest of can (like 1-2 oz) w/ salsa from the bottle. stir it around a lil and done. i like it right out of the can like that.
simple, fast, and taste pretty good

oh yeah, i usually get albacore tuna. a few cents more but its chunkier like a chicken and not as fishy
and it supposed to have more of the good fats...damn i cant think of them now, like alpha 3 and 6 or something

try this

I use one can of tuna, one to two packets of taco bell hot sauce, and half a lime. Mix all this together and enjoy. Its always nice to find a different way to eat the stuff. Just buy some cheap cans when on sale and try different things. You are bound to find one you like.

drain a can of tuna mix in some chopped celery and redpepper add some mustard and rap it in a tortia and you my favorite tuna burrito, I love em

6pac

BB QUE sauce plus Tuna (KC masterpiece)

Tuna plus Pasta plus tobasco plus basil plus olive oil
mix it up, sounds gross but if you like hot food
you can't wate for this meal

Also heard of tuna patties, i guess you bake em or
something sounds good to me...

I also eat tuna with salsa. I will sometime add so crushed garlic to it too. Other than that I truly recommend the albacore tuna. A lot chunkier and the tuna after taste isn't quite as bad. Otherwise, they also sell crab meat in a can. The nutriental info is just about the same.
