what diet would best suit me ?
currently i am 5'6" weighing around 188pounds, ive been constantly going to the gym for the past 10months and i've lost an average of around 70 pounds already eversince i started. i fear that i have already reached a plateau as i havent lost a pound for about a month now (still doing the same routine).
i have asked my trainer for a new program and i would like to change my diet as well. ive been eating around 4-5 meals a day (usually 4 meals) but i havent calculated the calories. my diet primarily consists of whey protein, tuna, chicken breast, eggs , veggies (not much carbo, but if i do carb-up i have ALA)
what would be a nice diet that i could follow ? i am after shaving off the excess fat (hopefully cutting in the process) and hoping to reach around low-160 pounds.
pls suggest a diet and if you can, pls suggest a new training progam for me ... thanks
