Trust me, When I started keto for the first time, I ate a lot of this sugar free jello for the first 3 days and NEVER went into keto!

Those first 3 days, I didnt take in 1 single carb - ate ALL meat and still couldnt get into keto, I was confused!

Then, I learned on a another board that aspartme will either prevent you from getting into the keto state or even kICK you out of it.

STAY AWAY!

Aspartame is NOT proven to kick you out of ketosis. Some people can handle it while others cannot. I can drink as much diet soda as I please and remain in ketosis, I however choose to avoid aspartame now for health reasons.
 
Yes fat sumo, some people can "handle it".

But, it does kick some people out of ketosis... like me.

Besides, why "risk" eating eat. I found the keto diet just as good without the sugar free jello.

It isn't a risk. Either it kicks you out fo ketosis or it does not. Test it and find out. In your case there is not risk... it does kick you out of ketosis. Avoid it. For me, it never kicks me out of ketosis, so there is no risk for me either. I can have it, as often as I like. Those who can handle apartamine, have an advantage in that we can eat sweet tasting, foods without going out of ketosis. Why throw away that advantage if it helps one maintain their cutting diet?

This is not what you said though.
You said that aspartame is PROVEN to kick you out of ketosis. You have now changed your stance to it kicks SOME people out of ketosis. IMO you shouldn't make bold statements like the one above if you don't know whether you are right or wrong.
 
You can add...

Well not if you are on a ketosis diet.....well maybe...never really thought about it...

but add 4 scoops of your favorite protein, wheather it be isolate,casein, whey...etc.... to the mix with the same amount of skin milk to make the pudding higher in protein than it would normally be. It doesn't take away from the taste and tastes great. You could split up the servings as you dersire....

By the way, in this post you never mention " some people" or even use the words " may kick you out" or "experiment for your self" all you say is:

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG and that it is " PROVEN" and "TRUST ME"!

IMO I wouldn't be using these types of words when you really don't even have a fucking clue!
