Tell me about these "hidden carbs", Mr X.... I don't see how that can happen. I mean, there's a certain amount of calories listed on the nutrition information....
.... I would normally eat 500g of the stuff at a time (two sachets plus water) which yields 165kJ (about 40cal)....
.... so if it's only 40cal, that could only possibly be 10g carbs at the most, right? That's not so bad....
.... especially not on a refeed day.
