Sucks being off

How do you guys control being anxious waiting for your next cycle. I do my third cycle in May and the waiting sucks. How long do you guys wait between cycles.
 
I make a strong effort to conentrate on my workouts and my off-cycle diet.... Some people tend to just stop after a cycle, I keep going and keep the intensity up evne though it DOES suck being off...

your right it does suck but it will be ok.........just plan your next one and give it time.....also i always give about 4 to 5 weeks off no matter how long i have been on. now thats just me so it doesnt mean you should do the same.......
 
I know how you feel. YUM hit it on the head. Train hard and eat right when you're off and you'll get better results with your next cycle.
 
rule of thumb I've been told to follow is:
TIME ON=TIME OFF
But I know what you're saying, I'm at the end of my first and I already miss the test.
 
I just make sure not to focus on my weights(amount). I just concentrate on having an intense workout, with lighter weights and higher reps and always remember that you are trying to push your body to that next level. We have all spent many years without AS, and made amazing gains, so try not to get addicted to that feeling and know that it's always possible to make progress, even naturally.
 
it does suck...im off right now and i barely have the motivation to go to the gym. i feel small all the time and im angry and irritable half the day.
 
i never go off anymore.....thats how i deal with it:)
 
I have been off since October. To be honest - it is a good job that I lost my job in November, because if I had the money I would have gone back on straight away. Fucking addictive - that feeling of superhuman strength and sexual prowess.

I am going back on in a month. I have an addictive personality.. so I better watch myself. My first proper cycle last year I doubled in length cos I was enjoying it so much (8 weeks became 16 - and post-cycle was very difficult - took ages to recover).

The other perverse thing is that I really enjoyed the injections... sticking 500mg in one syringe.. using a bit of h.c.g... I loved it.
 
To be quite honest. I only want to train when using steroids. I have only trained TWICE (sometimes once) a week since coming off. Just cannot get the motivation. Yet I know as soon as I go back on - I'll train like a bastard. I trained for 8 years naturally to get to my goal of 16inch arms. I only got to 15.5inch. Slow gainer? Whatever.. My first cycle gained me 28lbs (kept 20lbs). Why would I want to train natural? i could do 2 cycles a year (say 8 weeks each) and take it easy off-cycle (train twice a week). I will still gain more than I ever did natural. I will be content. I will never do a 16 week cycle again though - it took weeks just to be able to get it up again... that sucked.

Finally someone has posted something bout tat terrible feeling. Og god I hate this I am off right now too. There is one thing worse than being off : being off and waiting for your packages to come praying to the god of gear that your source has decided to send and also that the biggest scammers of all the postal service are not rummiging through your juice and stocking up for themselves. Lying in bed at night thinking about the joyous moment of ripping open your box of goodies, and day dreaming bout shooting a full rigg full of gear in your glute!!!! OH THE AGONY :mix: :mix: :mix: :confused: :mad: :p
 
Yes sir, it's a brutal waiting period..

I get those days where i feel it's not even worth going :)
I get it once a month, and it ruins my workout. Just try to look on the brighter side of things... keep your mind off it until till you start.

I've been off for 3 months.. and i start in 3 weeks.. Can't wait.

Its in the mind....I have been off for 4 1/2 months and I have been making good gaines w/o roids and I have got my B.F % down and my strength up ...you just have to train 2 times as hard and diet .....and be strong in the mind ....

I tell you, I fell i love with bodybuilding LONG before i ever even thought about juice. I made 40 lbs of natural gains in 4 years with nothing but heavy power movements and huge eating habits. I peaked at 250 lbs, and now I'm going into my second cycle. I take 3 months off. Not 3 months from my last injection, 3 months after stopping clomid therapy. It's nothing for me. If you hate training with no gear, my opinion is you really don't love training anyway. I don't want to be an asshole, but if you started using gear before your hormonal and genetic capabilites have been pushed to the absolute limit, you don't love bodybuilding as you should. This, of course is just my opinion.
 
ok, I just came off , and it is VERY important to take it easy when you are natural, I train twice a week, not because I am lazy, because I need that recovery time in between. Intense workouts+proper recovery time = muscle growth!



muscle growth occurs while resting, not while training
 
since september and it took a long time to start noticing the changes. eventually it got better. My endurannce whent up and then m strength. i kept my diet moderate and have maintained a prett buff would love tohave on the beach look. there was a long lag there letting go of the juiced stamina. going back on soon even got a bottle of upjohn depotest to start since my levels were low(he it works!). y'all have the greatest next cycles-Mark
 
rickw, read my post "sucks being off right now..bulls**t. Maybe that'll give you some motivation to stay off.
