When you hit the sauce... where do you normally put your cal intake at?

Depends on if I'm bulking or cutting. I can cut pretty good on about 2500 cals when on. I bulk good without much fat gain at about 4000 cals.

Also, I'm closer to 6 now than 7. Did you see the pic on page 6 of this thread?

Just saw it.... the cut ins on your hips are evidence... your BF is fuggin low... good work..

Do you do anything to isolate your obliques? They're sticking out pretty good....
 
Definetly 6%. Looks like a lean body with a good dose of proviron to dry anylast drop of sub-q water out. Looks great bro, keep the calories coming now and you won't put any fat on while using all that gear, just muscle.

The more meat you eat, the more you seem to lean out and grow while on. You can make yourself sick before you'll get fat.
