stupid winstrol question

ive never done winny,,but anyway, ppl talk about winny "drying out their joints", my question does this do the same thing to sub-cutanious water?(boating) i guess my question is it possible/worth while to use winny as a diuretic?

Plasma expansion is the drawing out and uptake of sub-q fluids into the vascular network.It causes dialation of the vascularity while simultaniously pulling the skin closer to the muscle.This effect will be most notable in the presence of lower BF.
