My lifting buddy was doing close grip bench press the other day and he uses some weird ass grip with his thumbs under the bar. Anyway so he's pressing away and im spotting him when he loses grip of the bar right at the top of his rep and throws the bar into the air where it fell, what must have been three feet onto his stomach.
Well he's seriously winded and im trying to help him but im just laughing too damn hard to do anything!
Guess you had to be there i suppose!
