Stuffing Envelopes

Who's tried it? I always thought they were scams and then my supervisor said his wife does it and makes good money. Still sounds fishy to me, but I'm skeptical about everything.

Hmm...and where would one find a legitimate company that would pay someone to do something a machine can do?

At my office we have a folding/stuffing machine. I don't see how it could be legit when a one time investment can do the job all day.

You should ask your supervisor exactly what company she works for and go from there.

thing is you have to stuff thousands of envelops and the human hand just doesn't like this... trust me i tried years back. i ended up throwing all the crap in the garbage.........

I thought it was a scam too. My friend told me the other day that the flyer posted @ school was legit. They ask for $100 bucks to make sure you're serious or something (why i thought it was a scam) But they actually paid out. They'd sit around and smoke blunts and stuff the envelopes, lmao.

I should think about this, might pay for my gear lol.

I stuffed some envelopes for my girl's boss for a few nights a while back, guy paid $10/hr and I just did when I was watching TV. Easy money - but he doesn't have enough work to do it for a real job - I wouldn't want to do it for more than few days anyway...

Did you see what they were doing? Was it complicated stuffing or something? lol

A machine can fold and insert papers into envelopes, then use a postage machine which postages and seals them.

The guy I was doing it for runs a small not for profit so I don't think he could afford a folding machine.....

I just figured it was a small business or something. I doubt they were doing origami or something lol.
