Studying Abroad

I have a chance to study abroad this year for school and I was wondering what everyone would suggest. I live in Boston right now and I feel it is time to live somehwere else for awhile. I was thinking possibly Hawaii or Austarlia ( if i can help it I want to be real close to the water). IM debating whether to saty inside the U.S like Hawaii or go somewhere totally diffeernt. Any suggestions about cool schools near the water are appreciated.
