Well I've been on the high protein low carb diet for prolly 1 and a half months or 2 months, and I've seen awesome results, but I'm stuck between 210 and 215 pounds and I got some body fat left I really wanna loose, mainly on my chest and stomach. I'm 6'5" so it's not a whole lot of fat, but I really wanna loose a majority of it. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to my diet to help loose more fat?
