struggling to gain on cycle

I'm 9 weeks in my 14 week cycle and have only gained 10 lbs. I'm running 625mg test e. I'm eating 5 times a day and obviously need to up my food intake but im concerned if I eat more carbs i will gain fat. So should i focus on fats/protein or will excess starches translate into muscle?
 
What does your meal break down look like if your bulking you could add 2 more meals , how many cals aday are you eating pro/carb/fat

What training slit are you doing ?

Eat more!! Its all diet bro. You have to eat like a horse. Get past the "I'm stuck in a pit" mentally. 10 lbs. in gain is a positive, so don't be hard on yourself. Just put it on overdrive on whether your shredding or mass bulking. Your doing just fine.

What's your post workout meal look like?
Also post up your full diet and that would help?

good carbs, at the right times will not make you fat. You need carbs to grow just as you need protein. If you stay with good, clean, complex carbs and have a complex/simple carb mix after you workout, you absolutely won't gain fat.

You can also do some Low Intensity cardio 3 times per week just so you can add some more cals and carbs in and not worry.

Also super plasma protein has been working wonders for me.

Well it kinda sounds like you're trying to gain a ton of weight without eating a ton of food. When I did my last bulk cycle I ate 5 full, big meals a day plus 3 protein shakes in between. Gear only does so much, bulk cycle then cut cycle, that's why people do them seperately. You could up your carbs fat and protein for the next 5 weeks, probably gain 10 more pounds, then take your time off and do a good cut cycle next.

bro how long would it take to gain 10 pounds natty??? and you got it in 9 weeks, ok so people say they gained 25-30 pounds in a cycle and so what.... 10 pounds is 10 pounds, be happy
