What's the strongest fat burning scenario you can think of?
5'11" 195 @ 14%...bulking in 30 days and wanting to cut 10-12 lb by Dec. 31
Was thinking.....Mon-Sat lifting split....cardio @ 30 min HIIT am 3day/wk
cardio @ 15 min light pm 2day/wk
2000 cal/day
200 protien
100 carb
50 fat
1 gal water/day
multivitamin
fat burner
*What else can you guys think of to add/change before the good ole' winter bulker starts from Jan 1 - Mar 31. Then I'll do the summer cutter from April 1 - May31. Thanks in advance....Fire
