strict diet blues

So far my diet has been fair. I've been on a High protein Low Carb diet now for 2 months now. Eating nothing but the good stuff to lose 15 pounds. Eating things like Salads,Chicken breast,Water,and tuna. But now it's come to the point where i'm craving carbohydrates. I'm in control now but doesn't mean I will stay in control. Please root me on for my ultimate goal.
 
1 cheat meal per week..

not a cheat day, but a meal..

but i find if i do it 2x per week i still make good progress and the cravings are allot less..
