I think this is a very good question. You know on your rest day of lifting. Like for example I did arms yesterday. I stretch my body part that I worked the next day alot when I am resting. Do you think this is bad? Like will it make the muscle harder to repair that it is being stretched the next day when trying to repair? I don't know I would really like to know
