solarclimax New member Dec 4, 2006 #2 a little pnf stretching after weightlifting might be a good idea and maybe some stretching on non lifting days. If you want flexability maybe try yoga, im no expert on stretching just my humble opinion.

wakefib New member Dec 4, 2006 #4 on off days warm up as if you are going to work out doing some dynamic stretching.
