stretching

I'm 16 years old and can't stretch far at all. What do you all recommend I do? Passive stretches, PNF stretches? stretch many times a day? once a day?
 
a little pnf stretching after weightlifting might be a good idea and maybe some stretching on non lifting days. If you want flexability maybe try yoga,
im no expert on stretching just my humble opinion.
