stretching

Is stretching really that importaint with weight lifting? I have my usual routine of stretching, but its really nothing good, i just use it to limber up a little bit. Im wonding if i should switch to a longer, more advanced routine...
 
Keep stretching your trained muscles between sets and when you're done working out. Do you stretch the whole body in one session?
 
Yea usualy. I guess ill start doing what you said, ive heard that around before, but never tried it.
