Stretching in conjunction with muscle size.

Hi guys
Just wondering, I've read somewhere that stretching your muscles frequently helps to increase sort of blood vessels and circulation in the area helping more blood travel through ect.. And obviously flexability as getting nice and deep for a squat ect. Was just wondering if any of this has any truth to it. And if so should I try to increase my flexibility because at the moment I rarely stretch and can't touch my toes, I'm probly one of the most unflexible people I know. Anyway any advice would be great.

Blood vessels and circulation is already increased due to constant stimulation of the muscle, as regarding to flexibility, for bb, I think is a must. There is a video of Jay Cutler visiting his physicist for muscle fiber entanglement due to huge increase in muscle mass, which is related to your question, I think. My 2 c. Bodiuc
