I want to put some snatches and Cleans into my work-out but feel that my stretch on the Back isn't good enough to get a good Snatch in. Is there any exercise you would recommend that can loosen up my back, especially my Lats?
Have shown great improvement on my Hamstrings, not I want to get my back as loose as hell as well!
